Adult Sunday School classes are offered at both 9:45 and 11:00.
Bible Inquiry An intergenerational class. Study books of the Bible and discuss current events which affect our Christian walk.
Contemporary Issues An intergenerational class. Faithlink curriculum helps class members look at current events and faith questions from a distinctly United Methodist perspective.
Explorers This class is for singles and couples in their late 20’s to early 40’s. This class will be studying several short (4-5) week programs. Topics include prayer and evangelism. Class parties and small dinner groups are some of the group’s activities.
Family Affair A Bible based study for both married and single parents of older elementary and teens. Monthly social gatherings are planned.
Homebuilders This class is for adults 50 plus. Topics vary depending on the teacher. Occasional guest teacher, plus many fellowship opportunities.
Messengers We invite all interested people to join us weekly for study of the Word, discussion, and prayer.
Navigators Adults in their 40’s and 50’s compose this large group. The purpose of this class is for Bible study, fellowship, and to share and show the love of God to each other and the world.
Pioneers This class of senior men and women who are young in heart use the Cokesbury Adult Bible Studies as their study. They have a social each month with dinner and program. If you are one of God’s older children and looking for friends, excellent teaching and sharing, they would welcome you.
Seekers This group is for all ages, both married and single. Various topics are studied and discussed. The purpose of this class is to gather together for Christian fellowship as we seek to grow spiritually.
Soaring Solos This group is composed of single adults of all ages who are divorced, widowed or never-married. A variety of speakers, supportive fellowship, activities and workshops are vital to this active group
Travelers This intergenerational class focuses on lively discussion aimed at spiritual growth through the application of Christian principles as we travel through our daily lives. The Travelers' ministry is also expressed through service and fellowship.
Word Alive Adult singles and couples are invited to join us. This class pursues two important goals: (1) to better understand scriptural lessons to our individuals lives. We will strive to deepen our relationship with the Lord and live lives that are more pleasing to Him.
The Green Room (young adults) [Cather 106] Finding a place where you can learn how to integrate faith into your daily existence is difficult. On Sunday mornings, we meet at 11:00 to do just that. Challenged by the ever-relevant words of the Bible, we discuss ideas, concepts, and realities of the world at hand. Come to engage, energize, and challenge your relationship with God.
